    MEDICAL MOM

    Elena is passionate about advocacy due to the journey of her son, Cline, who was born with a rare blood disorder and developed leukemia in 2020. She and her husband, Cliff, passionately pursued answers from doctors all over the nation, as a result. Despite his loss in 2022, she remains committed to advocating for all children and also parents in their position who want to find the best care, answers to the hard questions, and give their children the best quality of life for whatever issue they are facing. She is honored to be a part of this foundation and drawn to this cause for all parents who hear the difficult words that their child may indeed suffer a capacity they never imagined.

  • Sarah Virginia Warburg Koechlin

    LAWYER

    Sarah Virginia is an advocate by nature and by trade. A mother of three boys (her youngest Shane has an extra chromosome and four heart surgeries under his belt) and a civil litigator - both 24/7 jobs - her work advocating knows no bounds. In her spare time, she is the captain of an amateur billiards team and fitness freak. Sarah speaks German and Spanish, but doesn’t understand “no” in any language.

  • Brenda Hackman

    NICU NURSE & DISABILITY MOM

    Brenda is a retired NICU nurse and spent her career at Cook Children's Medical Center and Baylor. There is nothing that she enjoy more than family dinners and the laughter around the dining table. A foster parents for many years, she has a lot of experience with special needs children, including a one pound preemie and and her autistic grandchild. She has always enjoyed serving children and advocating for them, which is why being involved with ALF is so meaningful to her. It has always been comforting to be blessed by someone that understands a difficult road. She has been blessed and looks forward to serving on this Board to bless others.

  • Kyle Lukianuk

    NON PROFIT

    Kyle is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he studied finance and economics. Following an early career in banking and consulting, Kyle pivoted to the world of impact investing to help deploy capital into communities and organizations addressing large scale social challenges.

    As a husband and a father to two young children, he is passionate about mobilizing resources that provide individuals and their families with every opportunity to achieve their full potential.

  • Becki Overton

    BRAND CREATION

    Becki is a mother to her four beautiful daughters and a grandmother to three amazing kids. She is a maven in the marketing, product development and branding world. She has a huge heart for children’s ministries, and actively volunteers for her church helping host events for the students.

    She loves to make sure others feel loved, seen and cared for, leading her to jump right in and be apart of Annie Louise Foundation. Jesus Christ is her Lord and Savior.

  • Michelle Stum

    REALTOR

    Michelle Stum is a proud mother of two boys and a graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Advertising/Public Relations. She has a deep-rooted passion for the non-profit world, a long history of volunteer work and a past career as the Associate Director of Project Rebirth in New York City. She currently works as a Global Real Estate Advisor in the DFW metroplex is an avid reader, enjoys planning events/parties, volunteering, celebrating and supporting those around her. Michelle loves to encourage others and is passionate about loving kids like Annie and Louise.

  • Justin Sparks

    LAWYER

    A native of Houston, Justin moved to Fort Worth in 2004, worked for the District Attorney's Office, and has not left since.

    He opened his own practice, Sparks Law Firm, and has practiced criminal defense since 2009. Free time is spent with his wife and three children. Extra time is spent on the golf course.

    Advocacy is Justin's job and passion and he is not a stranger to advocating medically for children, which is why ALF is so important to him.

  • Jimmy Elliot

    FINANCIAL PLANNER

    Jimmy is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, having received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. This led him to an early career as an auditor and then into the financial planning world, where he uses his CPA and CFP® knowledge to help families build organized and actionable financial plans. Jimmy and his wife Kaydee are the parents to two wonderful kids, Beckett and Charlotte. Beckett was born with a rare genetic condition called Emanuel Syndrome. While dealing with the financial nuances that come with a child with a disability, Jimmy obtained the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC) designation to better advise families and caregivers.
